What is Go10X?

Go10X is my personal experiment, to become a 10X better version of myself.

This is what the 10X version of me looks like:

  1. An audience for intellectual sparring (1000+ awesome people)

  2. A product used by over a million people in the world (examples).

I am documenting everything. This will allow me to look back and connect the dots. It will allow anyone else to connect the dots too.

Should I Subscribe? (Hint: Maybe, but maybe not)

I will be writing about everything that has an impact on me. If you resonate with the idea of becoming 10X, these may be useful to you.

Alternatively, you may be at a different stage of life, looking for something else.

If you want to observe my experiments and engage, I request you to subscribe.

What are you doing to become 10X?

The 10X output is a function of Risk, Specific Knowledge, and Leverage.

My Experiments with Risk

I am trying to create a mindset that is willingly vulnerable (to improve), but stoic enough to withstand failure.

The experiments with Psychological Risk:

  1. Meditation, and Alter Ego visualization.

  2. Time Management. I want to spend more time with my 2yo daughter.

  3. More to come.

My Experiments with Specific Knowledge

I am a product guy and entrepreneur. I am trying to write high-output code, fast.

The Experiments with Product / Tech:

  1. A repeatable method to validate ideas (channel + viral loop). Example

  2. A tech stack to launch ideas in hours.

My Experiments with Leverage:

I am fitting a curve between scale (audience), methods (tweet), and output (signups)

My Experiments with Leverage:

  1. The outcomes on signups with changing audience sizes, channels, etc.

  2. The outcomes on retention with changing features, core proposition, etc.

  3. More to come.

Reading:

I need ideas to be able to do the above. So I read a lot, and summarise my findings.

What will the weekly email contain?

Just 3 sections:

1) Experiments: A few experiment summaries, and links to details.

2) Reading lessons: A high impact essay summary, and links to some more.

3) Insight of the Week: The key insights of the week, usually philosphical.
